Companies
You have a problem that is too small for a vendor and too annoying to keep ignoring. Bring it to us. A builder, sometimes a small team, takes it on from stage four. You get a working solution and first look at the people who built it. If it becomes a product, you were the first customer.
Universities
You have students and researchers who know things and want to make things. We give them a place where the making happens, with a room of people doing the same. Research turns into real technology here, and the student who did it has something to show.
Investors
You see the products before they are companies. You watch them get built over months, not in a ten-minute pitch. Demo Day is where you meet the ones that made it, and you already know how they got there. Co-investment and partnership paths are open.
How we stay in it
The ownership model, said plainly
Silicon Lakes AI is not a program with a graduation date. When a product built here becomes a company, we may hold an agreed ownership stake in it. That is how we can keep helping after the launch, and how the next cohort gets funded by the success of the last one.
The terms are agreed with the founding team in writing, before the company is formed. Founders keep control of their company. Nobody is surprised later.
For partners and investors, that means we are aligned with you: we do well only when the companies do.
